Why we built it
Step challenges fall apart for two reasons: people don't trust the numbers, and nobody wants their personal health data floating around. So we started there. Every step is verified from a screenshot and locked, and every member's data stays private — only non-identifying team totals power the Global Arena. Get those two things right and a challenge becomes something people actually stick with.
